Elegance Travels – TERMS OF SERVICE

PRICING INFORMATION

All rates are in US dollars, per person, and based on double occupancy unless otherwise noted. They exclude taxes, port fees, government costs, and travel. The price does not include the $35* non-refundable processing fee per reservation. A fuel cost, which is not covered by the quoted price and needs to be paid before departure, may be imposed by the cruise line. A government-issued ID (passport, birth certificate, or driver's license) verifying their address or age must be presented by special-rate passengers before to boarding. Despite the website's best efforts to provide accurate information, it cannot be held accountable for mistakes or omissions in pricing or content. The precise cost depends on the ship, stateroom, departure date, and departure city.

time. A current coupon code or promotion only applies to the $35 Elegancetravels service charge. They cover particular itineraries, cabin kinds, vessels, and days. Credit card reservations can be made over the phone, but they are limited and need to be converted to US dollars. Upgrades cannot be paired with other discounts or group pricing, and they are subject to capacity restrictions. Any information could change without warning at any time. To make sure you pay by the deadline, please check the remaining balance and the due date on your booking confirmation email. The reservation may be canceled or late payment penalties may apply if the outstanding balance is not paid on time.

PASSENGER NAMES

The passenger names you enter on Elegancetravels must be confirmed and verified before to booking. Everything must match, including how your first, middle, and last names are spelled on your passport and other official documents. Both the cruise line and the operator may charge you more if you need any modifications made to the booking details. To make any modifications to your reservation, get in touch with us as soon as you can.

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCES

The amount of luggage permitted is determined by the policies of the cruise lines. For the most recent information, please check the website of the appropriate cruise line. Elegancetravels is not required to provide you with updated information if baggage allowances change. For any updates on luggage terms, it is your responsibility to visit the website of the cruise line or operator with which you have a reservation. Please be aware that the amount of luggage you can bring on a cruise is limited. Please carefully review the cruise line's baggage allowance policy before booking.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Refundable pricing are applicable to the cruise booking deposit. This needs to be paid in full before the due date. Processing fees are not included in this deposit amount. Group reservations booked under contract or charter sailings are not eligible for this promotion. To modify or cancel a reservation, get in touch with Elegancetravels rather than the cruise line.

The cruise may not be refundable in full or in part. Once the reservation has been confirmed, the number of persons in the reserved cruise package cannot be altered. When canceling a cruise package, Elegancetravels charges a service charge, and the cruise provider charges a cancellation fee, unless otherwise noted. Changes cannot be made once the journey has started.
