Cancellation and Refund policy

Refunds and Future Credits Are Subject to the Policies of the Respective Suppliers

  • Full refunds are available only for refundable tickets. Please check the terms and conditions of the respective airline before purchasing your ticket.
  • Once issued, tickets are subject to the airline's rules, which may include refundable and non-refundable options.
  • Refundable fares may still incur penalties for cancellations imposed by the airline.
  • All service fees charged by Elegance Travels after booking are non-refundable and may be subject to change without notice. Government-imposed taxes may also fluctuate.
  • Refund eligibility depends on whether the fare rules of our Travel Suppliers allow cancellations and refunds, and whether your refund request is approved by us.
  • Generally, airline tickets, hotel bookings, vacation packages, and service fees are refundable if canceled within 24 hours of the original booking. However, Elegance Travels's service fee remains non-refundable.
  • Keep in mind that "no shows" typically are not eligible for refund waivers. If you fail to arrive before the scheduled departure time, no refund will be granted.
  • Refunds may still be possible if Elegance Travels is able to secure a waiver from suppliers for the cancellation and refund request.
  • Cancellation requests will only be accepted if submitted via email.

Refund Evaluation Criteria for Cancellations

  • Your cancellation and refund request has been submitted to us, and the fare rules allow for cancellations and refunds.
  • The request complies with the terms and conditions of our services and products.
  • You are not considered a "no show" (as most "no show" bookings are ineligible for refund waivers from suppliers).
  • We have successfully secured waivers from suppliers to proceed with the requested cancellation and refund.

Please note that the processing timeline for refunds following cancellations is not guaranteed. Once your cancellation and refund request is received, you will receive an acknowledgment email with a tracking number. This email serves as confirmation that we have received your request but does not ensure that you will be eligible for a refund.

Following this, we will contact the relevant suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels) to request a waiver based on their respective policies and inform you of their decision.

If the supplier approves the refund, it may take additional time before the refund appears in your bank account statement.

The entire refund process may take between 60 and 90 days, from the submission of your request to the refund appearing on your account. Please note that in addition to any penalties imposed by airlines or other suppliers, a non-refundable post-ticketing service fee will be charged by Elegance Travels, and it is subject to change without notice.

All government-imposed taxes and fees may also be subject to change. You will be charged the final amount as displayed.

Tickets booked with Low-Cost Carriers (LCCs) are not covered under our cancellation and refund policy. As such, any tickets purchased with LCCs are non-refundable, even if canceled within 24 hours of booking.
