Passenger types include: Adult, Child, Senior, Infant, Student, and Military.

Service fees for changes, refunds, cancellations, and any future credits are charged on a per passenger, per ticket basis. Government-imposed taxes and fees are subject to change. You will only be charged the final total amount displayed or quoted by our agent or mentioned on our website.

Important Notes

  1. Our booking fees and all post-ticketing service fees are non-refundable and subject to change without prior notice. Our fees are in addition to any service charges or fees imposed by airlines or suppliers.
  2. All airline refunds and future credits are subject to the fare rules of the airline as well as their procedures and policies.
  3. All hotel and holiday cancellations are subject to the fees charged by the hotel or airline, if any.
  4. Special Services: All special services are made on request only and are subject to the airline's or supplier's review and approval. Special service fees will only be charged if the service is available and will be refunded only if the request is declined by the airline or supplier.

Additional Information

  • Name Misspelling: If the passenger's name on the ticket does not match the details on the passport or any other universally accepted government ID.
  • Visa/Passport Decline: A visa/passport decline letter is normally required to process a request.
  • Baggage: Please retain baggage receipts and tags.
  • No-Show: We will require documentation indicating why you were unable to make your scheduled departure.
  • Denied Boarding: We will require documentation explaining why you were denied boarding for your scheduled departure.
  • Duplicate Tickets: Copies of all tickets reflecting the exact same itineraries booked with us will be required to process a refund request.
