At Elegance Travels, we believe in clear and straightforward pricing for our services. Below is a breakdown of our fees, designed to help you make informed decisions.

Important Notes

Passenger Types: Adult, infant, student, child, senior, and military. Transaction fees are typically non-refundable and may change without prior notice.

Cancellations: If you cancel within 24 hours of making a reservation, transaction service fees may be refundable. However, cancellations made after 24 hours will result in non-refundable transaction service fees.

Additional Service Fee Information:

Certain services may incur higher fees, including:

• Holiday package bookings: Up to $50 per passenger
• First and business class tickets: Up to $200 per passenger
• Open-jaw and multi-city reservations: Up to $100 per passenger
• High-fraud cities: Up to $40 per passenger
• Different dates or nearby airports: Up to $55 per passenger
• Unaccompanied minor tickets: Up to $100 per passenger
• Cruise bookings: Up to $200 per passenger

Even if you agree to and comply with this user agreement, www.elegancetravels.us reserves the right to deny access to the site at our sole discretion.

Contact Center Bookings:

Reservations made through contact centers may incur higher service fees compared to online bookings, especially for complex international or multi-stop itineraries. A fee ranging from $15 to $250 may apply (up to $125 for senior citizens) for each passenger.
